American Provenance offers free shipping services for orders worth $25 or more to only the 48 contiguous states in the US. Shipping services are being carried out via USPS or UPS while shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is done via USPS only. For customers who are not completely satisfied, the company offers a return, exchange, and refund policy 30 days after receiving the product. Items to be returned must be unused, defective of any damages unless from the manufacturer, in its original package, and a valid proof of payment. Customers are to fill out a return form online to be eligible for the policy.
